I actually went to college to become a pilot, Top Gun was my inspiration, but I shifted to finance to build a better future. After more than 25 years in the industry, I founded my own firm in 2015 to help families plan for their financial goals as their “personal CFO.” I love what I do because it’s about helping people achieve their dreams. I bring a blue-collar work ethic, inspired by my grandfather and uncle, into a white-collar world. Outside of work, I’m always up for an adventure, boating, riding ATVs, or spending time with our animals. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, and music is my daily fuel for positivity and focus.

I’m Jim, a lifelong numbers guy who believes good advice starts with genuine partnership. I’ve spent my career helping individuals and small businesses make sense of their tax and financial world, working across industries from healthcare and real estate to wholesale, trucking, and retail. I started out at a large national accounting firm, where I gained the foundation and experience that shaped my approach today. After years in both public accounting and the private sector, I decided it was time to build something of my own and Adducci Vega Financial Group was born. I take pride in offering more than guidance; I focus on building lasting relationships and becoming a trusted advisor for every client I serve. As a CPA, CFP®, and Certified QuickBooks Professional Advisor, I’m committed to bringing both expertise and clarity to the financial lives of the people who rely on me. When I’m not working with clients, I stay active in several professional organizations and continue finding new ways to elevate the service and support I provide.

Positive, team-oriented, and passionate about helping people reach their goals. I smile watching my boys play sports and laugh at just about any slapstick comedy. Most people are surprised to learn I’m a big Harry Potter fan who loves solving puzzles. Before joining the team, I worked as a business coach for Jeff and was inspired by his dedication to helping clients build stronger financial futures. I missed working directly with people on their money goals, so joining this team was a perfect fit. My grandpa, parents, and years of playing sports taught me the value of teamwork, perseverance, and smart financial habits. Outside of work, I love being outdoors, staying active, and playing any kind of sport.

A careful planner who believes work should always be fun. Babies and cats never fail to make me smile, and I’m happiest when surrounded by good people and good food. After being friends with the Johnsons for a few years, Jeff reached out when he knew I was looking for something new, and I jumped in with no questions asked (well, maybe a few questions- I am a planner after all). I love being part of a team that truly puts serving people first. Growing up and working in my family’s restaurants taught me the value of hard work, connection, and service, lessons I still carry today. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my husband and kids, either in the pool or hot tub depending on the season, and probably enjoying my favorite comfort food, pizza. And yes, my day always starts out best with an empty dishwasher!

Hi, I’m Tiffany — driven, endlessly curious, and fueled by a love of challenge (and plenty of coffee). I find joy in unfiltered honesty, funny kids, and anyone who can’t help but dance when a great ’90s or early 2000s song comes on. I’m equal parts structured and spontaneous. I love a good plan but also live for those “why not” moments that keep life interesting. Joining this team was perfect timing (and maybe a little persuasion from Jeff J), but mostly, I wanted to be part of a group that works hard, laughs often, and truly supports one another. I love that no two days are the same and that every challenge comes with a chance to grow and celebrate wins together. Outside of work, I love being outdoors, listening to live music, or relaxing with a good book and a great cup of coffee.

Hi, I’m Alisha, creative, hardworking, and compassionate. My husband never fails to make me laugh, and my family is at the heart of everything I do. I joined this team through family connections and instantly knew it was where I was meant to be. I love helping families build their nest eggs so they can reach their goals without money holding them back. I’m motivated by breaking the mold and achieving goals others didn’t think possible. I am creating a life my family and I are proud of. Outside of work, I love spending time with my loved ones, crafting, and curling up with a good book. Christmas morning pancake breakfasts are my favorite family tradition, and apple crisp with vanilla ice cream is my ultimate comfort treat.

I’m an all-in kind of person who believes life is better when you’re laughing. Nothing makes me smile faster than seeing someone else light up, and if it’s a baby laughing, I’m done! That’s my absolute favorite. After having Jeff in my life since childhood, the right timing and opportunity aligned, and when your best friend calls, you rise to the moment without hesitation. I love being part of a team that leads with heart and puts people first. Being a mom to my two little guys has taught me the importance of patience, joy, and making every day count — lessons that shape everything I do. Outside of work, you’ll usually find us outside playing, soaking up the sunshine, and enjoying all the simple moments that make life sweet. And yes, I never start or end a day without telling my boys how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE being their mom.
